A:   As soon as our Customer Care department receives your upgrade request we will consolidate your existing subscriptions, apply any remaining credits, start your membership to Pro & Con Online, and bill you for the balance due.

A:   Yes, 30-day trials are available. Click here and fill out the short form. You will be directed to a page that will provide you with a temporary User ID and Password.

Q:   How much do Pro & Con publications cost?

A:     Current pricing is as follows:

            Congressional Digest $62 (paper)
            Pro & Con Online multi-user $300 (all three pubs. online only plus archive)
            Supreme Court Debates $300 (as part of Pro & Con Online)
            International Debates $300 (as part of Pro & Con Online)
           
Q:   How much do multiple sites cost?

A:   Each additional site is $300 per year. Multiple site license pricing is a possibility and is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Q:   How many users can access Pro & Con Online?

A:   Pro & Con Online includes multi-user access at one physical site plus a User ID and Password (of your choosing) for remote access. User ID and Password access is generally limited to 15 users at one time.  

Q:   How do I renew my subscription?

IP RANGES

Generally, IP authentication allows an unlimited number of users from one site. Also, the single site may contain up to five IP ranges.
